I decided to delete my previous profile so that I was starting new, seeing "This is your 202nd day!" was depressing when I knew I had actually played with the Wii Fit maybe 42 of those 202 days. Besides I should be allowed a fresh start when entering a project like this.
Since I will be talking about the Wii Fit Plus for 30 days I won't try to tell you everything about it today.
First you have to create yourself;

Imagine my surprise when I discovered I had lost weight! Apparently running around like a mad woman had it's benefits. But let's be honest, weight is not the only factor in your health. I have horrible cardio and my body is soooooo weak. So now I'll be using the WiiFit Plus to work on some light cardio and yoga. If I lose more weight as time goes on, well that's just a perk!
Now for the grand finale! My Wii Fit Age! (I had a video of it but I suck at figuring out how to download it. Grrrrr)

So today's results were;
Weight- 135 lbs
Wii Fit Age- 29 yrs old
Workout time on Wii- 32 minutes
Breakfast- Muffin & coffee
Lunch- Greek salad & Coke
Dinner- Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl, 1/2 a chicken salad sandwich & a Sprite at Panera Bread
Extra Activity- Back rehab & low level house work
Weight- 135 lbs

You know what... even though you just started, seeing this makes me very excited not only for our party, but for the game as well.
A work out program I might actually stick to? It exists? *faints*
... maybe I should wait to see how the actual workouts go first... ;)

I love that you point this out. I've been so motivated all year to lose weight and slim down and all of this, and then I got into yoga in a huge way and they're all like "this is not about weight loss!" and I was like "for me it is!"
Then I realized that I had GAINED weight. And I was surprised. Then I looked at the bicep muscles that I had that I had NEVER SEEN BEFORE. And realized that my body feels stronger than it ever has.
Weight, scmeight. Feel good. Be healthy. do it all. LOVE it. Good luck!

Yey! Good luck! And maybe cut out the soft drinks. Or as you non-Canajuns call it, pop. Or soda? Coke. :D That's, like, all sorts of evil calories right there.
