Today Diana asked me to try out the flying chicken game on the Wii Fit. After making sure there were no video cameras in the room I said yes. This game is one where you read the instructions, think about how ridiculous you are going to look, and then forget all about that once you start playing.
This game works out your arms since you are flapping your arms to make your Mii fly. I didn't feel much during the first level, but once I unlock the advanced level I found myself getting very tired.....and sore. I now rank this game as one of the top ones for getting a good solid workout.
Weight- 135.5 lbs
Wii Age- 21 years old (I rule!)
Workout time- 48 minutes (spread out during the day)
Breakfast- One Toaster Strudel and coffee
Lunch- Lasagna, salad, and 2 Cokes (....okay, I think I may be addicted to Coke....)
Dinner- Two grilled cheese sandwiches and three bottles of water
Extra Activity- volunteered as a lunch lady at Diana's school from 10:30-1:00
As for yesterday's question from Bayjb;
Mac n' Cheese for breakfast? Seriously?
